First, you should have received our online intake forms via email. Please take the time to complete these; they will need to be completed before your appointment begins. It will ensure you get the most out of your time in the clinic. If you haven’t received these forms, please let us know.
Osteo YXE is located at 110-120 Sonnenshein Way, effective October 15th, 2024 (located inside IDEAS INC.) Y 5PM. The main doors of the building remain open until 5pm Monday- Friday..
