Here are a couple of things to know before you show up for your visit.
First, you should have received our online intake forms via email. Please take the time to complete these; they will need to be completed before your appointment begins. It will ensure you get the most out of your time in the clinic. If you haven’t received these forms, please let us know.
Osteo YXE is located at Suite 502, 201-21st Street East effective October 1st, 2023. (located inside The Whole Heart YXE) You may need a code if you are attending after 5PM. Osteo YXE symbol is on the glass door. • The main doors of the building remain open until 5pm Monday- Friday. You may need a code if you are attending after 5PM. You do not need to do anything to get back down the elevator or out of the building. Please note that if you go into the stairwells, they will be locked inside of them.
